How to Use SOUL:
1. Begin by washing the area where you will be receiving a tattoo or laser treatment with soap and water.
2. Place a hot towel on the skin for five minutes, and then dry the area completely.
3. Apply a thick layer of SOUL numbing cream to the area and rub it in thoroughly.
4. After rubbing it into the skin, apply a second heavy layer of SOUL cream (approximately 1/8 inch or 2-3 mm thick) over the area.
5. Cover the SOUL cream with plastic wrap (such as saran wrap) and keep it warm. The heat under the plastic wrap will activate the cream and prevent it from drying out.
6. Leave the SOUL cream and wrap in place for 25-50 minutes before the tattoo procedure. For longer procedures that last for hours over large areas, apply the numbing cream over the entire work area and then remove it in sections as the procedure progresses.
7. The skin will typically remain numb for 3-5 hours after the cream is removed from the numbed area, depending on skin type and location on the body.
